Soy milk is out but nut milks are very good. IMO nut milk is the tastiest milk there is. I would start with the simplest food. Fruits, salads and trail mix. Start with things you like and find recipes with those things. I wish I had started that way. I started making way too much food. I was so scared we would get hungry and not be satisfied and fail. We don't eat near as much as we did when we were cooked. You should go at your own pace. What is right for you. Transition takes longer for some. You are the best judge for what is right for you.

I'm almost 2 weeks raw so I don't know much. But I was told to have green smoothies aleast 2 twice a way with some banana's in it so far it helps a lot I don't want any other food.

Hope's this helps a little.

hi erdogan,
how are you doing?

i don't necessarily want to 'advertise' anything here, but the book "Green for Life" by Victoria Boutenko was an eye-opener to me, and maybe to many others, even people who had been raw foodists for a long time. It is about the importance of greens (as Tadey here just mentioned). It would be helpful to make sure you get enough information about green smoothies - there are really lots of websites which also offer free recipes.

other than that, i found that eating fresh fruit or smoothies for breakfast, and have big salads/raw vegetables together with (cooked) lunch and dinner is a good start.
best wishes,
raspberry
