I love to cut up a handful on my salads. It completely makes a salad that includes avocados and tomatoes. Some people rinse it, but I like it unrinsed. You just need to cut it into small pieces to make it easier to chew. You can also buy the flakes to use in pates, dips or whatever. It adds a salty taste. For a sea veg, it's pretty mild. Provides you with iodine and B12, too, I believe.

Taylor,

I usually find it with the Asian food products. You might try there.

Pam--I also use dulse in my salad! Agreed, it tastes great especially with avo & tomato. I buy it whole and put it in my blender to make small flakes. I also throw some in with the sprouting seeds while they soak. When I drain them, the flakes stay with the seeds and similiar to sea water, the sprouts soak up the extra nutrients.

I like to use it in place of salt. I put it in my green smoothies(sometimes) and in my salad. I love the one with cayenne pepper in it.

i think nori sheets are also dulse just in whole form.

I recently made a simple salad with red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce and parsley and sprinkled the sea weed on top. It was very enjoyable.

Wishing you vibrant health
