Date: April 04, 2007 05:36PM I am starting to think about making dehydrated foods to have prepared just in case i get an urge for bread after I fast - I am on day 9 of my fast YIPPY!!!
Let's face it most dehydrated foods are full of FAT!!! Please post some no fat/low low fat recipes that you have ALREADY tried and are good - I am tired of throwing out concotions after spending SO MUCH $$ on the ingredients!! Wheat free as well if possible thanx Re: low fat dehydrated foods

Date: April 26, 2007 10:41PM gosh, i am new here to the forum and also to raw foods.Have been a vegetarian for lots of years.
i have never seen a high fat dehydrator recipe. i guess we look in different places. the only ones i have seen are fruit roll ups, and dried veggies, and crackers,. all of these have been fat free, that i remember. well, hope you find lots of what you are looking for. i wonder if there is a dehydrator cookbook anywhere? alice Re: low fat dehydrated foods

Date: April 27, 2007 09:50AM all the cracker receipes are full of fat...flaxseeds and nuts have a lot of fat in them...but zucchini and carrots are great fillers for crackers for a dehydrated treat..but i don't much after that cuz i do don't do any type of dehydrated foods....
