Date: April 30, 2007 12:49AM Greetings all,
I am dying to have chips and salsa. I think I have the salsa portion covered (I have a Champion Juicer), but does anyone have any recipes for corn or tortilla chips that *doesn't* require a dehydrator? Thanks! Re: Chips with no dehydrator ??

Another suggestion is to use hard veggies cut thin on a mandolin slicer for making fresh vegetable chips. Jicama, carrot, zucchini or beet sliced medium thin could be used as "chips" for dipping in your pates or guac totally
by-passing the dehydrated chip thing altogether. ...And yes, an Excalibur is the best investment you can make on the raw journey other than your juicer. i breathe in i breathe out peace love joy Bikini Re: Chips with no dehydrator ??

To be sure, you could pick up an indoor/outdoor thermometer and put the outdoor part in the oven to monitor it. -Erin Raw Done Light dogma-free RAW Gazpacho For The Soul Re: Chips with no dehydrator ??
