Odds are an admin will come a long and delete this thread since it's not vegan. Ian. Re: Does sashimi qualify as raw food?

Date: May 01, 2007 02:30PM sashimi is raw, nigiri is not because the rice is cooked.
and some sashimi is also cooked. but like sodsoff says, it's certainly not vegan. and the seaweed can be raw, but often is not. they toast the sheets for flavor. but the seaweed is vegan. peace- Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
