What about sushi nigiri?

For those who don't know the distinctions?

I'd like to have it once a week.

It is raw, it sure isn't Vegan. So doesn't really have any place on board.

Odds are an admin will come a long and delete this thread since it's not vegan.

sashimi is raw, nigiri is not because the rice is cooked.

and some sashimi is also cooked. but like sodsoff says, it's certainly not vegan.

and the seaweed can be raw, but often is not. they toast the sheets for flavor. but the seaweed is vegan.

peace-
