easy dressing recipes? missing equipment.

Date: May 09, 2007 06:04PM I don't have all my kitchen equipment out.
Are there any quick and easy "dressing" recipes I can use? I do have braggs apple cider vinegar if needed. I'd like a simple recipe that uses little to no vinegar, little to no olive oil, if possible. I have my cuisinart pro out but had already packed my vitamix into storage. I've been using the cuisinart for the smoothies I've made and I can tell you it's not really the best of blenders . I'm in the mood for some field greens, dandilions, celery, tomato, onion, and dressing but the health food store didn't have any prepped dressings I felt comfortable with. Thanks so much. Thanks. I have most all the above (lemon, not nama shoyu), how much of which? [rawfoodtrip.blogspot.com] [jugglingforjoy.com] Re: easy dressing recipes? missing equipment.

Date: May 10, 2007 11:58PM Depends on what you like (also what flavours you are putting
it on - you don't want to drown out things you like to taste). I normally use two or three biggish garlic cloves. A chunk of ginger the size of my thumb (your thumb size may vary!). Enough oil to make the mixture nice and runny. I do 2:1 ratio of oil to nama shoyu or lemon juice. Add it to your salad and taste it, you can always add more oil and nama shoyu or lemon juice afterwards. Cheers, Ian. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
