"spaghetti" sauce

Date: May 13, 2007 10:38PM I just made this up, but it's so delicious I thought that I'd share! It goes well over zucchini noodles (I use a vegetable peeler), or just vegetables! Measurements are approximate - adjust to your taste!
2 Ripe vine tomatoes (I used one yellow and one red) 10 Sun-dried Tomatoes (soaked: warm water: 1-2 hours, room temp/cold water 3-4 hrs) 1 small red bell pepper 2 Fresh young garlic shoots (use all but roots) 2 slices of red onion basil (fresh) cilantro (fresh) parsley (fresh) 3 arugula leaves Small splash of raw ACV or lemon juice or water leftover from sun-dried tomatoes tiny pinch of celtic sea salt (optional) Put everything in a blender or food processor and volia!
