Date: May 29, 2007 05:52PM Hey,
I am a raw fooder. I eat fruit for breakfast, but I know greens are better for ME. I am thinking it would be cool to get a nice recipe from some one experienced who knows what tasts good. I want a recipe with GREENs for the earlier hours in the day. Like a fruit replacement. Send them at me! Thanks Re: Green Breakfast? Send me Recipes

a light juicy salad made with: chopped romaine lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, diced cucumbers, diced red bell peppers, shredded carrots. Olive oil, celtic sea salt drizzled on top. No tomatoes. Add sprouted soaked grains (either dehydrated after soaking or eaten wet) for extra carb energy to get you going. Buckwheat groats is my suggestion. i breathe in i breathe out love Bikini Re: Green Breakfast? Send me Recipes
