Sun-dried tomatoes

Date: July 15, 2007 04:57AM SB, I used Roma's. I sliced them in half and dehydrated them. I just read that you can put brush them with oil olive to make oil olive sundried tomatoes for Marinara sauce and Raw pizza sauce, etc. I wish I knew the oil oil trick prior to drying out mine!
