food combining smoothies?

hi

i'm doing a ten day cleanse and am looking for proper food combining,
fruit only smoothies.

most smoothie recipes have bananas included which isn't good in the food combining info i've read.

looking forward to hearing anyone's recipes.

You can combine sweet fruits like bananas with semi-sweet fruits OR with acidic fruits but NOT BOTH. Sweet fruits also combine well with lettuce and celery. As a smoothie base I use 2 bananas, 2 cups of frozen spinach or kale and then whatever other sweet / or semi-sweet fruit I have on hand. I especially like nectarines or apricots. I haven't experimented much with smoothies myself, so I'm anxious to read if there are other great recipes out there.

Why not make 1 ingredient smoothies for your 'after fast' days. Bananas and water, strawberries and water, raspberries and water, blueberries and water, etc.
