date/water blend

Date: August 02, 2007 10:55PM I'm looking for a sweetener to replace honey and agave syrup.
Has anyone found a proportion of dates to water, pureed, to mimic the consistency and sweetness of honey and agave? thank you. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
