Looking for PROBAR energy bar recipe

Date: September 13, 2007 03:53PM I am a poor student that cannot afford to buy a lot of these energy bars at $3 a pop. I would much prefer to make them at home myself.

Date: September 14, 2007 03:25PM hey, I know how it is , I don't have a reciepe for you. But, I just take that kashi cereal and mix in my seeds (whatever turns you on) and drizzel honey and mash it all in a pan and then cut into bars....if it falls apart ....then you like the cereal ! Just mix 2 tbsp flax meal w/ 1tbsp water and then mix up and let air overnight. ....I hate all these complecated recipes!!!!!! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
