bag of spinach 1/2 cucumber peeled 1 tomato, in wedges 1/4c water 1 avacado 1 clove garlic (i use more cause im a garlic lover) 2tablespoons nama shoyu or soy sauce (i dont use either) 1/2 tsp salt dash cayenne 1tbs lemon juice 1tbs evoo Re: creamy spinach soup you'll want more than once

Date: November 04, 2007 01:04AM every evoo I've had, even cold processed has had a yucky after taste and it has tended to blend over into the foods I add it to even when I put it in small quantities.

u don't really need the oil to get a creamy taste once u put the avocado in it its pretty creamy on its own and has a more fresh tinge to it cheers ! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
