Date: January 09, 2008 04:33PM I don't know where in Canada you are, but I'm in Vancouver B.C. and found raw carob powder at Choices. I believe Capers and Whole Foods carry it as well. Maybe check obscure little "health food" stores too...sometimes those places carry the more hard-to-find products, although they may not be as fresh.
