raw aloo gobi?

Anyone have a recipe for raw aloo gobi? It's an Indian dish made normally with cauliflower and potato and Indian spices like cumin, tumeric, ginger, garlic...

I'm missing it big time this winter-- I guess I really miss the cooked cauliflower and the texture of raw cauliflower really turns me off....

suggestions? Thank you!
