Date: August 04, 2006 02:46PM I make this all the time, and use it as a dip for sliced carrot and cucumber rolled in romaine. Sometimes I add miso, nutritional yeast, dulse, and/or fermented veggies.
Soaked walnuts or almonds are good subbed for the avo, and you can swich basil for half the spinach for a pesto. Re: Spinich Dip
