1 avo
squirt of lemon juice
1 garlic clove
salt & pepper

Pulse all ingrediants in a food processor until smoooth (sorry about that)

I make this all the time, and use it as a dip for sliced carrot and cucumber rolled in romaine. Sometimes I add miso, nutritional yeast, dulse, and/or fermented veggies.
Soaked walnuts or almonds are good subbed for the avo, and you can swich basil for half the spinach for a pesto.

I have no idea, I use Earthbound Farm...
I just measure with a nice sized hand full= one cup
it's no biggie if you use more or less spinich.
