Date: May 23, 2006 04:09AM 3 collard leaves - rolled up and sliced thin into ribbons
3 kale leaves - rolled up and sliced thin into ribbons 1 carrot - make ribbons with a vegatable peeler 6 chopped green onions 2 garlic cloves 1/2 red bell pepper minced salt & pepper cumin and curry apple cider vinegar 2 T flax oil (optional if you're watching fat intake) Make sure to put the vinegar on first to marinate the veggies....toss a little then add the oil. Tastes better the 2nd and 3rd day when it's been marinating. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
