An introduction to Raw Foods and Living Spirit, our 90 minutes together will focus on a talk and raw food demo, sampling, a Q&A session, and discussion of the Raw and Living Spirit Retreat held in Molalla, Oregon this August 26-29th. Anyone curious about the burgeoning popularity of raw foods and how to incorporate more of them into one's lifestyle is encouraged to attend. This playshop also functions as a fundraiser for the Raw and Living Spirit Retreat.

Since being introduced to the raw food diet and lifestyle in 2002, Natasia Rana has been educating people about how to feel, look, and live better than ever before. She is currently completing her Master's Degree in Vegan/Live-food Nutrition through the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center under the tutelage of renowned physician and author Gabriel Cousens, M.D. Natasia belongs to Christ the Healer United Church of Christ, the group that organizes and presents the annual Raw & Living Spirit Retreat.
