Date: Saturday,June 24, 2006 Cost: $125 (Visa, MC, AMEX, Checks, and Money Orders Accepted) Time Commitment: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Location: Old Town Pasadena, CA Who: Those who are curious about raw food, and those who are ready to make the shift to a raw food lifestyle HANDS-ON TRAINING This is a fundamental course based on Alissa Cohen’s Living on Live Food Program. As your instructor, I will teach the basics of a raw food diet as well as how to prepare a variety of seven different delicious recipes using the Vita-mix as well as a food processor, dehydrator, and champion juicer. Some of the dishes you’ll learn how to make include chili, onion dip, angel hair pasta with marinara sauce, coconut macaroons, and more! In this class, you will learn: • What a Raw and Living Foods diet is all about • How to prepare delicious raw food meals that taste like your favorite cooked dishes • How to simply and easily prepare gourmet raw food meals • How to shop for raw foods • How to stock and prepare your kitchen for a raw food lifestyle • Kitchen equipment use • Basic sprouting and simple dehydrating techniques You will leave this class inspired and motivated!
