Sat 12:00 PM - 2:00 or 2:30 PM Our monthly Meetups are the 4th Saturday of each month. [rawfood.meetup.com] Or contact Stacy for more details: proofmom46@msn.com This month, we will be viewing Valya Boutenko's new documentary film: "Reversing the Irreversible: Testimonials of 37 People Who Improved Their Health Naturally." The film is just about an hour in length, so there will be plenty of time for discussion afterward. Please bring a raw vegan dish, a serving utensil and at least one copy of the recipe. If you don't know what to bring, fruit and veggie salads and platters are always well received. You might also be interested in attending our Special Meeetup on October 1st featuring Tonya Valasta. Linda Lagos, author and raw foods culinary consultant will be serving a Thanksgiving Holiday Sampler,complete with Mock Pumpkin Pie. Linda will also be giving us some tips on what to prepare for a Raw Christmas Dinner.
