We've added another special event to our calendar for November! Linda Lagos, author and raw foods culinary consultant will be serving a Thanksgiving Holiday Sampler,complete with Mock Pumpkin Pie. Linda will also be giving us some tips on what to prepare for a Raw Christmas Dinner.

Date/Time: Saturday November 22nd/ 12 noon until 2 p.m.
Cost to attend: $15
Location: Murfreesboro TN

Hi All,

Our September Raw Food meetup just ended, and it was fantastic!
While we were enjoying our raw lasagna and meatballs, (mmmm.. ) Tonya Zavasta gave us a call to find out how many Middle Tennessee Raw Foodists would be attending her event next week. She's love to have more of you attend than have already pre-registered, so she's offering a special- too good to pass up.

All Tonya asks is that you contact me (Stacy) NLT Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. so she can get a somewhat accurate headcount for the Green Smoothie demo and sampling. Now before I tell you the deal, just a little reminder. Don't forget to bring your Raw Potluck dish, a serving utensil, and a copy of the recipe. Maybe get there a few minutes early so we can get the potluck started right at 6 p.m.

So, here's the deal:

1. For those who have already pre-registered with a payment: If you bring 1 or 2 additional guests, the admission price for them is $10 each. Any guests beyond that are $5 each.

2. For those planning to pay at the door: Admission has been reduced to $20; your next 2 guests are $10 each, and any additional guests will be admitted for $5 each.

Just be sure to e-mail or call me by Tuesday morning for head-count purposes. And spread the word!
