The La Jolla/San Diego raw potluck will be held next month on January 10th from 1-4pm.

It was suggested at our recent potluck that we make juices at our next one. So...here we are!!! It would be nice if some members were to bring vegetables and fruits for juices. And then have other members bring either a raw fruit salad or a raw veggie salad. I think this would be a great way to share ideas on various salad recipe and juice recipe ideas. Please try to keep your ingredients organic. We will juice them fresh here at my home.

So, if you plan on attending, please contact me to let me know what you will be bringing so that we have a good balance of juices and salads. I am soooo looking forward to having a juice and salad feast!!!

I plan on contributing several heads of celery, cucumbers and apples for a wonderful juice in addition to a veggie salad!!
