World Vegetarian Day 2009 San Francisco / Sprouting 101 Demo

I just found out the schedule for World Vegetarian Day 2009 here in San Francisco is complete, and my demo Sprouting 101 will be on Saturday October 3th. This is the same demo I did for the Raw Health Expo in Santa Rosa a couple of weeks ago, so if you missed that expo, be assured you will get a second chance to learn about Sprouting 101 from the ground up. The one-hour demo will cover sprouting and growing in soil (for wheatgrass, buckwheat lettuce, and sunflower seed greens), and sprouting in water (for grains, seeds, nuts, and legumes). Mark your calendars for the first weekend in October for World Vegetarian Day, and for my demo on Saturday. For more information on World Vegetarian Day, go to their website!
