Ohio- Raw Food Yoga Retreat

at Niches Retreat Center, McArthur, OH

Raw Food Yoga Detox Retreat

All meals will be prepared with local and organic ingredients as available.
Raw Food demonstrations include: sprouting, soaking, juicing, dehydrating, etc.

Host: Amanda began her yoga career in 2001. Amanda has her 200 level Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification and teaches Hot Yoga at Inhale Yoga Studio. She also has a bachelors degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan and has extensive training in non-violent dialogue.

Amanda practiced a 100% raw food diet for two years. She now focuses on eating what her body intuitively wants. She is currently 75% raw, which consists primarily of raw veggies, lots of fruit, sprouts, juice and nuts & seeds. Amanda studied at Living Light Culinary Institute, in Fort Bragg, CA, which is recognized as the premiere raw food culinary school. Amanda has 3 dogs, lives in Athens, OH and is an avid gardener.

Retreat is payable by cash, check or credit card. A $100 deposit is required
at time of registration, payment in full due no later than June 1st.
Retreat starts at 4pm on Friday, June 12 and ends at 2pm on Sunday, June
