For all of you who have previously expressed an interest in Sprouting classes in the San Francisco Bay Area, Que SeRaw SeRaw will be hosting mine in June.
Hope to see you there!
Que SeRaw SeRaw is hosting a 3-hour class on "SPROUTING"
Saturday, June 27, starting at 3pm for $60 (includes a snack)
Presented by Robin Silberman
It's a "how-to" on all aspects of growing sprouts in soil, in water, - grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. This class is informational and not hands-on and there will be samples of all of the sprouts, seeds, etc.
Robin studied with Ann Wigmore in the mid '80s in Boston, and again with her in 1991 in Puerto Rico, when she became her secretary, writing and editing some of her writings, and preparing work for publication. (She's a tech writer by profession) and has been a mainstay in the SF LiFE (San Francisco Living Foods Enthusiasts) Group. Most of the classes she's taught have been associated with people from this group, over the course of some 20 years. She mainly teaches according to Dr. Ann's philosophy and practice. Call Alicia 650.400.8590 or email Alicia@QueSeRawSeRaw.com to register. Class size holds 10 people.
