We will be offering an Intro to Raw Food workshop on June 27th. Level I Raw Food Chef certification is also available on this day. We also offer/host Raw food weekend retreats. Class will be held at Turquoise Barn, an organic farm in the Catskills. Camping & B&B accommodations are available. It's a great way to escape the city, relax and learn.
