Food for Life - raw food class in Stratford ON

Date: September 28, 2006 05:03AM I just wanted to spread the word that I am doing a class on Saturday Sept 30th in Stratford, ON Canada if you know anyone that may be interested. Actually, I am planning on starting a monthly meeting for all people that has taken my classes to coach them etc.
I am also going to do a 'Chocolate in the Raw' class and a 'Gourmet Christmas' as well. I am loving being raw and am excited to tell everyone about it. If any of you have advise on how I can get the word out, that would be great. I have had the newspaper doing stories and have gone to Health Fairs, but there must be something else to do.
