San Francisco World Vegetarian Weekend 2011 Raw Food Demo Saturday

Hi Everyone: I'll be presenting a raw demo on Saturday October 1, at 1:00-2:00 in the Recreation Room. The demo will be on Raw Seasonal Salads, taking advantage of seasonal greens to keep your salad chlorophyll-based. No need for juicers, blenders or dehydrators for this demo. Bring your appetite. You'll be sampling a delicious seasonal salad, taking away some great ideas for salad.
