Meet fellow health seekers and learn about the Raw and Living Food Diet and talk to others that have transformed their lives by changing their diet. "You are what you eat" has never been so true. We meet the first Saturday of each month at 2:00pm. Check our calendar and click on the next event for details. This is a social gathering and potluck allowing our community to share fabulous healthy meals and learn from each other. Our members and guests come from all areas of the Kansas City Metropolitan Community and includes both Kansas and Missouri. Anyone interested in a healthier diet and lifestyle is welcome!
