I've been searching for raw food groups, etc. in Palm Springs but haven't found anything. I called a vegan restaurant and they said they make great salads but "don't do any of that fancy stuff." At least they know it exists. Maybe I can start something?? Any ideas? I'll probably be there within 2 months. Thanks!
