Wheatgrass presentation!!!

Date: September 12, 2007 07:45AM This Month, we are having a wheatgrass juicing demonstration at the park. There will be a demonstration on how to effortlessly grow and juice your very own wheatgrass, so that you can have it every day if you desired. This is going to be great fun, and everyone will of course get to have free samples of fresh wheatgrass! This is also a potluck, so feel free to bring a raw vegan dish whether it's simple or fancy.
Sylvan Park in a beautiful location in Redlands complete with super shady trees and a great playground for the kids. We meet in the center of the park next to the stone bridge.
