Looking for ceviche recipes for meats

I had some great spicy chicken ceviche last week - loved it! Since I am a Mixed Type (metabolic typing nutrition plan - aka Bill Wolcott) ceviche is good for me. I am wanting to start eating more raw meats so I am looking for ceviche recipes. Any links you can share with me?
