Date: September 27, 2008 11:17PM Today while watching a CNN newscast, I believe a young woman from England reported that she changed her life-style when she was over 300 lbs. Now, she is a Raw Foodist. This has helped me to realize that this is the direction that I want to go. I, immediately, checked on the web for sites that could provide information and support. So, here I am and I am more motivated today to start with my new Mind Revelation. I will blog as often as I can and will connect to others to give and receive support. Re: Mind Revelation

Date: October 09, 2008 09:51PM Welcome NoMoreCook,
Two of my favorite raw prep books are Ani's Raw Food Kitchen by Ani Phyo and Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People by Jenny Cornbleet. Also nice is the one by Cafe Gratitude but am not home to remember the title. Raw food doesn't have to mimic cooked food (ie: pizza and lasagne) just season or sauce. All the best, Celeste Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
