Greetings. My name is Indigo and I'm the proud mommy of two little ones, 7.5 and 5. I have admittingly struggled with the transition from eating cooked food to raw foods. I recently found out that there is too much calcium in my body which has resulted to a possible kidney stone. Ouch! Also, my 5 year old's behaviour isn't very, um, calm and I have been told that a change in her diet could assist her outbursts of energy and develop more of a healthy balanced pattern. I am welcoming of tips, support, words of encouragement, relative stories, etc. I want to start a rapid transition if possible by December 1st.

Peace and Love,
Indigo

Hi Indigo - welcome!

You do have some issues...I hope this is the answer for you! I'm still researching but pretty much decided that this is the answer to....everything. My hubby has some serious health issues and I'm so tired of doctor after doctor pumping him full of antibiotics and other crap. Time to take our health into my own hands...so to speak. I haven't told him yet....other than I want to sell our stove.. LOL.. good luck and let us know how you're doing!
