just waiting for test

I have started on just fruits and seeds today and alot of water, I had to fast for Blood and urines test,good news is that today I have no spotting or blood in my urine , Doctor phoned I wasn't home so I didn't leave a message about the results of the test phoned him back and left a message now just waiting for call back (nerv racking) . I well go buy some vegies and fruits later and I have some Green Food I can mix, so I thought I just leave a post so I could put my mind at rest (I'm stressed ) thanks for your time sebastian
