Date: June 05, 2009 02:08AM Hello,
I am a rookie newbie, meal planning challenged who would like to try raw food. Where can I start, I am overwhelmed by the ocean of information. I know raw food is healthy, I don't need to learn much more about enzimes. What I need is an easy way to get started. Any initial, baby step advise? Thanks! Date: June 20, 2009 06:32PM We visited with a friend and her husband who showed us what they had been eating. Since we were there for a week, that was very helpful. Also, bought a living food "uncookbook" and started trying recipes. Started reading various resources. There's a lot of info out there. As the previous post suggested, we did find a potluck/support group and they have been great to get to know. This is a learning experience so it takes time. Date: June 25, 2009 02:01AM Best advise I have is keep it simple. what I do is... week by week I decide what I want to stop eating, white sugar etc. and what I want to add to my body (morning juicing etc.)and I try it for that week. One week comittment at a time works well for me. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
