Hello guys,
I am new to raw. I've heard about raw but never thought much of it. (I am the kind of person that researches like a million ways before I make a decision... also I found that alot of raw/vegan's I came accross were very hostile and just turned me away) But I came accross a website and then found Dan the life-regenerator on youtube and took the plunge.
I am only on day 2 and it is not ideal because we just got groceries (with plenty of meat) a few days ago and not a ton of veggies and fruits, but we did have spinach and I have been able to make green smoothies and snack on fruits and veggies all day. I am not totally 100% because I did have hummus and some trail mix with chocolate, but I figure at least I am doing way better than I was before. At least I am eating tons of veggies.
Anyways... if anyone would love to give advice to help me through the process or tips (I do not own most of the equipment and likely due to funds will not get for awhile, but I do have a blender...
Oh, I live in Edmonton, AB, Canada... also so if anyone has tips for the err colder climates.
