Durham, NC raw prep classes, please!

Hi, my partner, Dr. Clark Wang, has refractory follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He's failed all conventional treatments. On Saturday, Feb. 21, we are flying down to West Palm Beach, Florida to attend the Hippocrates Health Institute in hopes that the Raw diet will help end the cancer. We have to make the food beautiful, delicious, and nutricious for Clark to remain on the diet. I'll need lots of help in the area of preparing dishes that Clark will love. Is there anyone in the Durham, NC area who can help us, please? Or even close to Durham, NC?
