Where's a demand for raw?

Hi! I recently got my certifications as a raw chef, nutritionist, fitness trainer and raw lifestyle coach.

I am currently in the market for a job in this field and was wondering where there is a high demand for raw foodie skills?

I would prefer to stay in the south, southwest, or west coast (i.e... anywhere but up north!). I know Sedona has a fairly thriving raw community, but not sure if they are in need of any more people working in the field.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello,
That is a great question. I was recently considering the same issue. I think that the need for more raw is really everywhere! IT seems to be much bigger on the west coast and more assimiliable due to climate and community. I was wondering where you got all your certifications and if you have any recommendations on places to study in this field.

Congratulations!
