Who can I address?

I have a problem that doctors call "Restless leg syndrome".

Before I got it, I thought they made it up but it really exists. It feels like little germs bite in your nerves and in order to cope with that pain, you have to move your legs constantly or to rub with the hands over it. It's a torture.

And I have it often not just in the legs but also in the arms or other body parts. Doctors have a drug for it but thank you very much. When you take such allergy drugs, you feel drunk and the itching continues,

I wonder if anybody has a similar problem and got rid of this very sensitive skin problem and underlying nerve problem.

I would like to know what food I should eat and what kind of food not.

Thanks!

Ronja

RLS is definitely a legitimate medical condition. My mother used to suffer from it some years ago. As a nurse, I've seen it in numerous patients. I don't have the answers, but would think that a 100% RAW or mostly-raw diet would definitely be beneficial in healing the problem. Hydrotherapy also works well on such conditions.
