Date: August 09, 2006 02:32PM My twins are 9 months now and I would like some input on how raw foodists feed infants. I know that breast is best, but I went the formula way from 4 months(no judgement please) and would like to hear from those who have gone before me....thank you Re: Raw Food for Infants

Date: September 08, 2006 11:43PM I have a 10-month-old, myself, and would like to know more, as well. So far I've been mostly breastfeeding but also sharing lots of fresh fruit and some veggies and smoothies and chewed-up dulse and raw soups with him...I just make sure to avoid certain ingredients in things I share with him (no honey for sure or things he could choke on) But now he's been eating solids for awhile and I would like to focus now on making sure he's getting what he needs...

Date: October 23, 2006 05:01PM you can safely feed an infant for 16 months on breastmilk alone.
