MY name is Ken (pdxken) pdx is for Portland, Oregon but I don't live there any more. I now live in Lincoln City, Oregon (central Oregon coast). The boss (my wife) moved us here a couple years ago. I am considering the raw food diet and am gradually moving in that direction. At 62 years old it seems a healthy life style is more and more important.
