Hi, Im new here, Im kind of new at being a raw foodist, but Im loving every second of it.
I read books by Carol Alt, "Eating in the Raw" and "Raw 50", but I could not
understand something, I dont know if already there is an answer to it in here, but here it goes:
Since we eat lots of greens, fruits etc, and there are infinite recipes, but there is the question if we are getting enough proteins and all those vitamins we need, so what I want to know, if there is here or in an other website the types of raw foods that we should eat every day or every week so that we have all the vitamins we need, what do you guys do?
