Good for you, to have found a motivation and potential avenue toward your goal. Keep your balance and enjoy the bounty of varieties of raw. I eat sprouted grains- rice and sesame. I soak them for five hours or so, let them germinate for a day or so, and add salt. The sesame provides lots of oil to add plenty of calories to burn. Sesame is also really high in calcium and magnesium, both essential. The rice gives me some complex carbs. Plenty of protein in the mix.
A couple of carrots a day will give vitamin A. Add plenty of fruits, especially in the early hours of the day. Keep a balance between fruits and veggies. I combine them freely. I just make sure not to get too much of one or the other- fruits vs. my sprout mix.
