I'm seeking a single vegan or vegetarian to share my wonderful house with me, a longtime raw vegan, near downtown and the beach in a lovely, sought after and very safe, residential east Ft Lauderdale neighborhood (Poinsettia Heights). Must be exceptionally quiet, tidy, non-smoking with a full-time outside job.

There's lots of farmer's and organic markets in the area. My backyard has a wonderful, mature mango and avocado tree (more typical of CA, not FL mangoes). There's also a second avocado tree that produces FL type avocados. Would like to start a fruit/veg garden in the backyard other than the existing container pots I have going (moringa oleifera and fig trees).
Backyard wildlife includes lots and lots of lizards, an occasional snake (harmless), frogs, coons, and of course squirrels and birds.

Rent for the single room, shared bath is $800/mo all inclusive, 1 month security. Month-to-month. Short-term vacationers welcome too.
