Awwh, she's so cute Yogamamma! I love the one in the leaves.

I started raw (this time around) in May. July: I'm still eating a lot of cooked foods and when I'm doing raw I'm doing a lot of fruits, nuts and salads and getting indigestion, probably from the nuts. December: after reading on this board a lot of posts by Bryan, F1, David and others about fruit, I've been emphasizing fruits for a few months, still eating cooked a lot too but it's hold on me is not as strong my goal is to be close to 100% by May - a one year transition. I'm getting results even on a less than perfect diet so I'm happy. The two pics in december are because I sat for a pic for the first time since July (where I'm wearing yellow) and couldn't believe the change so I had to go wash off the makeup and take another one, just to make sure it wasn't the makeup.

Rawrr, two things, I don't cut it and I've not used shampoo for over 5 years. Recently I've started washing it in lemon juice as I'm living in the city and it's getting dirty.
