Would like post a pic of before and after, my digital camera is toast, am getting a new one soon so I too can have a visual record of my progress.

So I don't have an after photo yet and it's only been a couple/few of months of transitioning to raw.

OOOPS!! I MADE A FACEPLANT! I misquoted the passage from the Hsin Hsin Ming with a very key word which drasticly changes the meaning "and heaven and hell are set infinitely apart" It should read "heaven and earth are..." My apologies. Here it is again quoted correctly:

Here's my other recent pic-- you can actually see my eyes in this one.

A little winter bloat in this one, and as a 57-year-old post-menopausal chick, I vacillate between a) being philosophical about it and cutting myself some slack, and b) being tough with myself and doing juice fasts, working out, and taking extra care with the raw diet. I'm juice fasting right now-- planning on 40 days-- I had a beautiful 40-day juice fast back in the late '90s and it's time to do it again-- and I will post pics when I'm done. (I'm on day 4.)
