Hope your all well! I have Crohns disease and have read 2 books by Paul Nison and Dave Klien. I need to cure my body but i'm finding it very hard to change. I'm a vegetarian but cant stop eating wheat, cheese and milk (thus making my body sicker) I've managed to change my breakfast to raw, smoothies and fruit so it's a start ;-) Siddha Re: New guy needs help to go RAW

Date: January 14, 2007 08:52PM I've been mostly raw for 4 and a half years now, it took me about 6 months to transition from my previous vegeterian diet to about 95% raw. (Now I'd say I'm 99% raw!)

Date: January 25, 2007 04:28AM Try drinking 4-8 cups of green smoothie per day. When I began to do so I lost my appetite for all grains. Re: New guy needs help to go RAW

Date: January 28, 2007 10:01PM I know it isn't nearly as severe, but I had IBS and the raw food diet seemed to 'cure' me ) Maybe it would work the same for you. If you love your gut, stick with it and good luck. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
