New to raw.

I've been a vegetarian for a year, and a vegan for 2 months. Lately I'v ebeen eating more and more raw, and I'm super interested in becoming 100% raw. I need a little help finding information regarding nutrition facts. (protien, calcium, etc) My family isn't very supportive, and wasn't very supportive at all when I became vegetarian and practically protested when I became vegan. So I need something to back me up other than "My body likes it better!"
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
If this is posted in the wrong forum, my deepest apologies.
Thank you in advance.

Make sure you show them Fruitarian 1's site - a very healthy, athletic man who only eats raw vegan food and Shirley's Wellness cafe - site is really good - has lots of info on all kinds of health issues.
